A BRIGHT BEGINNING
The Scotts had a dream of making paper goods, but once they noticed domestic bathroom plumbing taking off, they went down a prosperous path making toilet paper.

A rather young Arthur Scott, Irvin’s son, began to run the company during this time. His vision launched three of the most famous Scott products and turned them into a household name.

Arthur Scott believed in creating quality products, offering them at a low price, and using advertising to tell people about them.

ROLLING IT IN
Business boomed as Scott became the first to advertise bathroom tissue on TV and rolled out exciting new products that went beyond traditional means.

ALL SCOTT® BATH TISSUE PRODUCTS ARE FOREST STEWARDSHIP COUNCIL® (FSC®) CERTIFIED. FSC® ensures that forests are responsibly managed to prevent deforestation. In 2011, we became the first U.S. tissue maker to offer FSC® consumer tissue products.

100% VIRGIN FIBERS ARE SOURCED FROM CERTIFIED SUPPLIERS All of the fibers that go into making our tissue products comes from responsibly sourced and certified suppliers. These suppliers strive to preserve forest habitats, biodiversity, water quality, and respect indigenous rights.

We use recycled goods whenever possible. And all TP tubes use 100% recycled material.
